Most rings can be resized once at no cost within the first year. Write to us with your order number.

Orders placed before 2 pm leave the same working day, each piece in a pouch and our box. Delivery takes two to four working days.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it from your account too.

Free on orders over €150, and a flat €6 below that.

Yes, within thirty days, unworn and in its pouch. Earrings can be returned if their seal is unbroken. Write to us first and we send you a free return label.
